Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags and packaging.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items or if you need a different size or color. Please contact us with your order details, and we’ll assist you in processing an exchange.
